– 1 pound ground beef – 1 (32-oz) jar pasta sauce – 2 lbs refrigerated or frozen cheese ravioli – 1 (8-oz) tub cream cheese spread OR ricotta cheese – 1 (8-oz) bag shredded mozzarella cheese
Cover the bottom of the dish with a thin layer of meat sauce. Add a layer of ravioli to the dish. Top the ravioli with 1/3 of the meat sauce, then dot with 1/3 of the cream cheese and sprinkle with 1/3 of the mozzarella. Repeat layers two more times.
Bake casserole in the hot oven for 40-45 minutes, until the top is lightly browned and the casserole is bubbly. Add more mozzarella cheese for the last 5 minutes of baking, if you like.
